Customer Service Team Member

The Customer Service Team Member is a key role in our customer-facing team, responsible for delivering store operations and activities that support a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, store multi-channel fulfillment and stock integrity, telephone management and enquiries, marketing and promotional activity.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses.
