Key Customer Service Professional Role

Overview:
This is a customer service focused role working on cutting-edge electric vehicles.
- Answer phone calls, emails and walk-in requests to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Return missed calls and emails in under 5 minutes.
- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone and escalate to a Shop Foreman/Service Manager for immediate attention if necessary.
- Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions with the system and provide clear summaries to customers.
- Communicate estimated completion times and regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate delivery times or pick-ups with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
