Job Summary:

This strategic hands-on position will see you supporting the development and implementation of our Employee Communications and Engagement Strategy. You'll provide professional guidance on creating an informed and engaged workforce that promotes our culture and values.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced communications specialist with a flair for creativity and a continuous improvement mindset. They should have knowledge and experience in advising and managing Communication and Engagement plans and strategies, as well as assessing and evaluating employee communication needs.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include planning, managing and implementing discrete communications strategies to promote organisational goals and workplace culture priorities. You'll partner with stakeholders to provide specialist advice on effective employee communications, assess and manage existing channels, and report on outcomes.

As part of this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership and staff to advise on best-practice employee communication planning, tools and methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level skills in assessing and evaluating employee communications needs and options
  • Working knowledge of contemporary communication media, including social media, digital photography and video, and web content authoring
  • Knowledge and experience in advising and managing Communication and Engagement plans and strategies
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to deliver exceptional results
