Client Liaison and Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Liaison and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, onboarding new participants, and managing their plan-managed funds budgets.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme participant plan concepts, supports, funding categories, and related documentation. They will also have experience in client engagement and liaison roles, delivering high-quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Onboard new participants and manage their plan-managed funds budgets
  • Provide support and information to clients to understand their NDIS Plan and plan-managed funding
  • Process provider claims and invoices, participant reimbursements, and quality record keeping

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme participant plan concepts, supports, funding categories, and related documentation
  • Experience in client engagement and liaison roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all team members
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check, Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), Satisfactory Police Check, Satisfactory Bankruptcy Check, and Rights to work in Australia
