Position Overview

The wellbeing and engagement of students are at the forefront of this role, focusing on providing a holistic support service to those who may be disengaged from education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective learning programs and strategies aimed at improving student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Provide individualized support to students, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and community organizations to access resources and support services for students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or education.
  • Proven experience working with students in a similar capacity, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • A strong understanding of student wellbeing principles and practices.
