Business Partnering Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Partner to join our organisation. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the overall HR strategy and objectives.

You will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, building relationships with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and culture.

The successful candidate will have relevant Human Resources qualifications and experience as a generalist in a similar organisation. They will also possess sound knowledge of workplace legislation and best practice methods.

A strong client-focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing challenging employee issues with best practice approach.
  • Developing influential relationships with senior leaders to understand business needs and demands.
  • Proactively working with leaders to execute on employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Providing trusted advice and execution on employee relations matters.
  • Delivering management coaching and advisory services.
  • Handling workplace health and safety matters.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on generalist experience as a HR Advisor/Consultant.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace legislation and ER/HR best practice methods.
  • Proven partnering with senior stakeholders and executive people strategies.
  • Strong client-focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organised to deliver daily outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
