Job Description

- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making across the organisation.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports and forecasts.
- Support budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Offer financial insights to assist in risk management and compliance adherence.
- Drive process improvements within the accounting and finance function.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Finance Business Partner should have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional membership with a recognised accounting body (e.g., CPA or CA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in the business services industry or a similar field.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
