Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Market Expansion Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining key partnerships.
About the Role:
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to inform sales strategies
- Building and sustaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship management with wholesalers, distributors, processors, and retailers
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to bolster demand generation efforts across the food industry
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive favorable outcomes for all stakeholders
- Evaluating sales performance and providing actionable insights to the team
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, customer feedback, and market dynamics
- Swiftly resolving sales obstacles to ensure a seamless buyer experience
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $95,000 - $105,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, totaling up to $120,000 OTE

About You:
