This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a respected, mid-sized Wealth Advisory and Professional Services firm with offices across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to promote the firm's risk appetite and culture across business functions.
  • Assist business units in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks and regulatory obligations.
  • Advise on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness firm-wide.
  • Prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.

About You

  • Prior experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
  • A solid understanding of AFSL regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of investment or financial advice and professional services environments would be excellent.
  • Skilled communicator able to interpret regulatory requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
