Senior Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned compliance expert to drive our Global Compliance and Risk function as a Regional Head of Compliance. This pivotal leadership role will oversee a team of exceptional regional compliance professionals, ensuring robust, adaptable, and effective compliance arrangements that mitigate regulatory risk.

This role requires a strong understanding of local regulations and global requirements, with the ability to develop and execute a regional compliance strategy aligned with our organization's vision, purpose, values, and goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional compliance strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and risk appetite.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the regional compliance function, setting consistent standards and providing business-oriented risk solutions.
  • Drive performance, improvement, and efficiency in compliance processes using technology and data.
  • Manage regulatory risk, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate the impact of legislative and regulatory requirements, and assist with their implementation.
  • Guide local compliance teams in the application of frameworks and act as the escalation point for MLROs.
