Job Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to lead a high-performing Business Development Rep team in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Analyze market trends and implement effective inbound and outbound BDR strategies to generate quality pipeline for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team and demand generation team in the region.

Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success, exceeding inside sales KPIs, and the ability to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth plans to meet SLAs, activity KPIs, and objectives.
  • Orient, coach, and mentor new BDRs to quickly ramp-up and over-achieve quarterly targets.
  • Provide continuous training programs, including role plays on a quarterly basis.
