The successful candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and compassion for people living with disability, illness, injury, or employment barriers. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain composure under pressure, and have a background in customer service, sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration.

We provide comprehensive training to equip our consultants for success in Employment Services at WISE. Our team is passionate about making a difference and we are looking for someone who shares our values.

The role involves developing strong rapport with participants, assisting with resumes, job applications, and interview preparation, identifying and assessing barriers towards employment, and creating solutions to support participants at work and ongoing.
