As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of key features within mapping and navigation products. You will have a direct impact on services used by billions of people worldwide.

About the Role
  • Lead high-impact projects at the intersection of mapping services and artificial intelligence.
  • Refine the core Directions platform to enhance system health and build new capabilities that serve the global user base.
  • Deliver impactful cross-platform features across Android and iOS.
  • Co-own the technical roadmap for the Directions platform, providing guidance for future challenges.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in either Android or iOS development, testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 2 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related fields, 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms, and experience in a tech leadership role including mentoring and guiding team members and managing communications to Leaders.
