We are now looking for Independent Consultants and Change Managers who are uniquely qualified to support our clients in the mid-sized and privately-held sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead change management activities through process and tools to support the changes required in the project or organisation.
- Ability to customise your change approach so that is simple, easily understood and transferrable to teams who may be new change management.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams, Boards, and shareholders of mid-sized business regarding change management.
- Support communications and stakeholder management through a project lifecycle.
- Bring clear approaches to communications, stakeholder management, and training plans.
- Identify and manage risk and resistance
- Define and measure metrics and monitor change
- Ability to set up change plans across multiple projects and provide oversight across multiple projects.
- Readiness to roll up sleeves to deliver both change and project management activities and work as a team with other consultants and the client.

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong understanding of challenges and opportunities for change management within mid-sized privately or family-owned businesses.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to articulate to a range of audiences from c-suite to those on the floor
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Project management and transformation experience
- Consultants who work on an independent basis and open to various different project opportunities.
