About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our Melbourne office and contribute to the management of contracts for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing contracts from preparation to execution, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Analyze and ensure compliance with prime contract and program requirements.
  • Process invoices and resolve associated problems.
  • Maintain files and documentation in accordance with L3Harris Policies and government requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to develop action plans and address problematic trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Total years of related experience: Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Government compliance, and/or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in negotiations, contract or subcontract performance/risk management.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, and strong interpersonal skills.
