We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
- Become an trusted advisor to our customers, aligning their goals and objectives with our solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies to drive customer success and maximize ROI.
- Provide expert guidance on process improvement, change management, and technical product knowledge to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of our products.
- Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, collaborating closely with our sales teams to develop risk mitigation plans.
- Promote and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer value, reduce costs, and drive growth.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers, to inform product roadmaps and sales processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across multiple touchpoints.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a dynamic, customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor, delivering business value and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level and facilitate complex discussions.
- Experience building business value ROI models and developing compelling pitches to secure new business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring is a plus.
