Job Title

A trusted advisor in organizational transformation, we're seeking a skilled Change Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney, with the flexibility to work remotely and balance your professional and personal life.

As a Change Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through transitions and transformations, ensuring seamless change implementation and adoption. You'll design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to develop and execute tailored strategies.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in consulting, change experience, organizational development, or related fields. Your skills should include developing and implementing change experience strategies, conducting stakeholder analysis, and monitoring the effectiveness of change initiatives. Additionally, you should have knowledge of user-centered design principles, personas, and user journey maps.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop customized change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  2. Design and facilitate workshops, experiences, and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  3. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
