\Project Manager Opportunity\\[p]Are you a strategic and organized professional with experience in managing commercial new build projects or projects with structural works? Do you have a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring successful project delivery?\\[p]We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our new build projects, valued at up to 40 million. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability, leading and mentoring project teams, and ensuring compliance with building specs, standards, and EHSQ requirements.\\[ul]\Successfully manage projects from inception to completion\Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals\Ensure compliance with building specs, standards, and EHSQ requirements\Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with clients, subbies, and stakeholders\Manage the construction programme and project delivery systems\Prepare and deliver financial reports and identify profit improvements\Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success\Mentor and develop junior team members\Contribute to the development of business strategies and objectives\Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices\\/ul]\
