New Build Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential new build projects in Brisbane.

This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing commercial new build projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and residential new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing commercial or residential new build construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
