Project Manager Role Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential new build projects in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial new build projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and residential new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in managing commercial or residential new build construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
