Project Coordinator for Commercial New Build Projects

Job Summary:

Manage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.

About You:

  • Previous experience in managing townhouse or multistorey residential projects valued over $60M.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate daily activities, manage site operations, and oversee construction progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
