We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for commercial new build projects to oversee a large scale townhouse development in Brisbane, valued at over $100M. This role suits someone with a proven track record in managing similar projects, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
About You
  • Previous experience in managing townhouse or multistorey residential projects valued over $60M.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
