Key Responsibilities:- Perform front-end activities in specimen reception, data entry, and laboratory testing in biochemistry, haematology, and immunohaematology departments
- Maintain analysers, perform quality control, and adhere to accreditation standards
- A qualification in Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a recognised institution
- Knowledge and experience in delivering pathology services within relevant disciplines, including Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, and Quality Systems
- Ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
