Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Career Growth Specialist. In this role, you will provide quality support to commercial clients and play a key driver in our long-term growth ambitions.

You will work closely with client managers and regional leaders to deliver exceptional service, create solutions for clients through Aon's Go-to-Market strategy, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive support to client managers on existing client books
  • Working directly with support teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Creating fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon's strategy
  • Building strong relationships with clients, internal, and external stakeholders
  • Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, certificates of currencies, invoicing, and responding to day-to-day queries from clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities

  • Eye for detail and quality while working under pressure
  • Eagerness to grow a career in insurance
  • Tier 1 qualification and/or passion for building basic insurance technical skills, including willingness to learn
