Our team in Wollongong is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Careers Specialist. This full-time opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in assisting clients in returning to the workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Program Design and Implementation
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs that cater to the needs of clients aiming to re-enter the workforce.
- Vocational Support
- Conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, worksite assessments, and provide intensive one-on-one support to empower clients to transition into employment.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and work collaboratively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Qualifications and Registration
- Possess qualifications and registration in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Travel and Mobility
- Able to travel and possess a current vehicle and driver's licence.
- Personal Qualities
- Demonstrate strong sense of punctuality and effective time management.
