As a Career Opportunities Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities become work-ready and find suitable employment. You will be working across multiple sites, supporting people to achieve independence and improved wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver ongoing exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Create and implement a joint employment plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
