Transformation Excellence Specialist
\As a key player in our organisation, you will lead and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts. Your role involves driving process improvement, implementing digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap to align with our growth trajectory.
\You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, functional leads, and executive stakeholders to centralise and optimise core business functions, enabling a more agile and scalable operating model.
\Key responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy, conducting assessments of current-state business processes, and designing optimised future-state processes.
\You will also engage and collaborate with key SMEs and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
\Additionally, you will support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
\Essential qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines, as well as 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
\Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments is highly regarded, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SMEs and senior leaders.
\Desirable certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly regarded, as well as experience in the Australian Defence environment.
