Digital Transformation Strategist

We're seeking a Digital Transformation Strategist to drive enterprise-wide digital transformations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include conducting detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimised future-state processes. You'll also engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
In this role, you'll support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making. You'll evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
A critical component of this role is ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
- Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with subject matter experts and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
