Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Leader

The organisation is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead transformative change, shaping the future of customer service in Queensland. As part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB), this role will play a pivotal part in driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executive management to integrate digital and business transformation strategies across all product and business lines.
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital innovation and new approaches to unleash the potential of emerging technologies.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive digital and business transformation program for Service Centre Operations, ensuring seamless oversight.
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional team to implement digital and business transformation activities.
  • Utilise customer and employee experience insights to design and improve digital products, workforce strategy, safety, well-being, and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leading digital capability programmes, focusing on delivering transformative outcomes and fostering innovation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving organisational change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and championing customer-centric approaches to service delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, guiding them through challenging situations with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to influence and inspire others.
