Rehabilitation consultants play a vital role in supporting individuals who have been injured or are experiencing health issues to return to work.

The main focus of this position is on providing case management services to help employees recover from physical and psychological injuries.

  • Working closely with healthcare professionals, we will develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Our team collaborates with various stakeholders, including employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective support throughout the recovery process.
  • As part of our multidisciplinary approach, you will have the opportunity to perform a range of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.

Job Description

This position requires an occupational rehabilitation professional to deliver high-quality services to clients across diverse settings.

  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each client;

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies;
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing;
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills;
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
