Occupational rehabilitation consultant sought to provide services to clients with physical and psychological conditions in Liverpool NSW. As a key member of the team, you will have autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving support from Rehabilitation Assistants.


Job Description

As an occupational rehabilitation consultant, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your duties will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively across various schemes.


  • Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions;
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be a driven professional with:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills; and
  • Compassion and kindness.
