Our organization is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Technical Support Experts.

  • Collaborate with experienced technology leaders to support customers/business partners and connect with them via various channels.
  • Exposed to a wide range of technologies and take responsibility for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem descriptions, traces, and log files, and replicating the issue.
  2. Regularly communicate investigation progress to clients while ensuring related records are properly updated in our system.
  3. Cross-collaborate with developers and peers on a daily basis.
  4. Share best practices for utilizing and deploying software to maximize its value.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Japanese is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • General software troubleshooting skills, including logical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate clear technical instructions to people with limited experience.
