Job Title: Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to collaborate with treatment providers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes in rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans that cater to individual client needs.
  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify job demands and implement safe return-to-work strategies.
  • Provide expert clinical opinions through report writing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention techniques, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and clients.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration is mandatory for this role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy is preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to complex cases.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
