Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our high-performing consulting team. The successful candidate will be a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping others find meaningful employment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders alike. They will also have experience in providing support, information and referrals to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This role involves:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source vacant jobs for your clients;
  • Reverse marketing of your clients into jobs;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
