Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our ParentsNext team as a Support Mentor. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of parents and their families.

In this role, you will work individually with parents to coordinate and facilitate their access to and involvement in training, work preparation and community services. Your goal will be to empower parents to achieve their education and employment goals.

As a Support Mentor, you will be responsible for working with parents to complete their participation plans, organising activities and providing support services geared towards career planning and development.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in community services or a related discipline, with experience working with people who have complex needs. They will be ambitious, driven for results and solution-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
