Job Opportunity

This is a flexible part-time position offering 20 hours of work per week, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance.

  • You will provide support and guidance to individuals aged 45 and over in transitioning back into the workforce, helping them navigate new career paths.
  • You will design and deliver training programs, assessments, and advice to enhance participants' competitiveness in the local job market.
  • Assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program and facilitate group training sessions.
  • Develop the skills of participants and assist them in obtaining sustainable employment.
  • Establish relationships with other workforce providers to promote the benefits of the program and engage potential participants.
  • Build key relationships internally and externally, including government departments and local industry bodies.
  • Deliver the CTA program according to accreditation standards and contractual obligations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the local labor market and experience in organizing, planning, and implementing training programs.
  • A proven track record of achieving results, meeting KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
