About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an In-Work Support Coach. This exciting opportunity will see you working with individuals and employers to achieve long-term sustainable employment.

As an In-Work Support Coach, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted regularly. You will also identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support as needed.

Additionally, you will track placements and maintain up-to-date records, provide on-the-job support to participants and employers, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless employment outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress
