Optimum Experiences Outdoor Adventures is currently seeking an experienced facilitator for an Operations Manager role. We are based in Nowra, NSW, and as a mobile outdoor education provider, we operate primarily in the South Coast, Southern Highlands, and Sydney regions.

The successful applicant must have relevant industry experience and demonstrate exceptional communication and planning capabilities. We welcome candidates with facilitation experience who are ready to take the next step in their personal and professional journey. Alternatively, if you have prior leadership experience and are seeking a positive and well-supported change, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Camp Director on selected experiences
  • Staffing
  • Staff training and development
  • Program development and delivery

Pay will be guided by the Miscellaneous Award, and we offer flexibility with full-time or part-time contracts for the right candidate.
