Key Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to children and families. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the disability sector, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a caseload.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes, and the community
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Providing evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • University qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
  • Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-9 years and families
  • Experience in delivering services under the NDIS
  • Strong knowledge and advocacy for the key worker model
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
