We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to deliver therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients, completing assessments and developing tailored intervention plans.
- Undertake comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to collaboratively determine and achieve client goals.
- Deliver person-centred interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and training for stakeholders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress during interventions, providing written reports to relevant parties.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.
