Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data center projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of data center design, engineering, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendor management to drive project progress and resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications preferred.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center project management, with a focus on infrastructure development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of data center design, engineering, and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
