Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Adoption and Management: Develop and implement cloud strategy adoption and management, ensuring secure, scalable, cost-effective solutions while optimising performance and resource use.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimise on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security, while managing virtualisation, audits, and data centre operations for minimal downtime.
  • Network and Communications Management: Maintain optimal network performance, ensure robust security measures, and provide reliable communication systems.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional development to build a high-performing team.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with teams to design, deploy, and integrate new infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure leader with at least 8 years in engineering, server management, and EUC. With a strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), virtualisation, and security, you have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Your problem-solving and communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate across teams and manage complex infrastructure projects. Adaptable and highly organised, you excel in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks while developing high-performing teams.

What We Offer:

This is a full time permanent position based at our Surry Hills campus in Sydney. We offer a competitive salary range between $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including study assistance, access to professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
