**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our team of engineers as they drive efficiencies across our diverse locations. As a key member of our technology strategy, you will oversee cloud platforms and infrastructure strategies, driving innovation while ensuring the reliability of both on-premise and cloud environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of desktop, systems, and network engineers, focusing on creating scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for cloud platforms and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Payment Systems Expertise: Ensure seamless integration and optimization of POS and payment systems across diverse business venues.
  • Project Oversight: Lead key infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while managing vendor relationships and technical partnerships.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of managing high-performing teams and driving successful cloud and infrastructure projects in large-scale environments.
  • Cloud & On-Prem Expertise: Strong experience with Azure and hybrid environments, coupled with expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), containerization tools, and network architecture, including firewalls and load balancers.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: A solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3) and familiarity with identity and access management solutions.
  • Automation & Security: Proven ability to streamline processes through automation, and deep knowledge of security frameworks like NIST and ISO, as well as compliance requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
