We are seeking a Quality Administrator to provide support for the Business Improvement & Performance team across projects based out of Newcastle.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing quality and governance frameworks, as well as continuous improvement strategies and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining a QA program with monitoring, record keeping, training, and coaching experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating and communicating with line managers, team leaders, and training participants
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships to ensure consistent messaging in quality and compliance, including communications during change implementation
- Risk management activities by taking proactive and preventive action to reduce risks
- Delivering training sessions based on trend analysis, regulatory changes, process changes, and compliance obligations
- Experience working with quality frameworks
- Strong administration and computing skills, specifically Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask
- Creativity and innovative thinking
