Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems, as well as creating and updating quality policies and procedures.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create and update quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management standards.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and auditing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or quality assurance.
