Job Title: Quality Management Professional

Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality management system ensuring integrity and ongoing improvement. This involves maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) in compliance with Australian standards.
  • Establish and update quality policies and procedures to support safe operations.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret legislative requirements to maintain compliance.
  • Monitor the quality management system, address non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A qualified mechanical tradesperson with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable results.
  • Confidence in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
