Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, execution and reporting of testing activities. This role requires advanced problem-solving, analytical skills and strategic thinking capability with a focus on business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with project stakeholders to deliver a solution that meets quality and functionality expectations within approved timelines. They will also engage with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate resourcing is available for test case design and execution.

This position involves developing and maintaining testing documentation in accordance with industry standards and contributing to the selection of third-party testing software.

Key technical criteria include ISTQB Certification or equivalent qualifications, experience in testing management and proficiency in using test management tools.

This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills as the primary contact point for auditors, internal and external stakeholders. They will also be required to develop recurring test plans for future system releases and keep the Project Director informed of any major risks or issues relating to the system's quality.
