We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and developing quality management systems that meet our requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide support, manage the QMS platform, offer user training, handle reporting, provide technical support, and manage change. You will work closely with our Global Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our quality management system.
You will possess strong data analytical skills and be able to identify trends that require intervention. You will create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows based on user needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our database, including cleansing and managing duplicate records.
You will come with strong consultative and presentation skills, collaborating with software vendors, IT teams, and other platform specialists to troubleshoot issues, deploy upgrades, and changes. You will proactively conduct regular sampling of records to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
In this role, you will efficiently administer and optimize work processes, including managing user activation/deactivation, setting up sharing settings, roles, profiles, and groups. You will seamlessly carry out tasks such as configuring basic settings, creating custom objects and fields, modifying record types, page layouts, and related lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce setup and configuration
- Understanding of requirements associated with ISO 9001
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (desirable)
- Experience in implementation, training, and documentation (preferred)
- Data analytical skills and ability to escalate trends for intervention
- Ability to interpret and manipulate report data to different levels of audiences

Other Information:
This role will be based either in Australia (Newcastle, Brisbane) or India (Coimbatore). Before commencing employment, you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
