About the Role

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant trade qualification and proven mechanical maintenance leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably with advanced tooling systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.
  • A strong background in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI).
  • Strong stakeholder relationships and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
