Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

A seasoned operations professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management is sought after to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and efficient work environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facility functions, including maintenance, safety, janitorial services, GMP scope, compliance, landscaping, pest control, and IFM scope of Hard and Soft services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to guarantee a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, encompassing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
  • Manage facility budgets, including planning and allocation of resources for maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations, including safety, environmental standards, and manufacturing processes.
